Day 10 : Write Thank You Letters
Taking the time out to say thank you and acknowledge others is a terrific start to feeling grateful. But, why not take it a step further? While,it's still something to send off an email to someone, we encourage you to sit down and craft an hand-written letter or send a card. Slow down and write your thoughts out and savor the gratefulness. We promise the receiver will be delighted AND it will lift their spirits, too.
