United StatesI got a single mastectomy this year and bought this bra for the option to go prosthetic-free, just flat, whenever I want to, without compromising my ability to support the remaining single breast. I am only a cup size A-B on my remaining boob. The bra material is soft, very nice to feel especially while undergoing and recovering from radiation. But when going flat, the bra doesn't lay exactly seamlessly against skin. (I can see the edges of the bra pretty well) This is all right by me since I wouldn't trade for a thinner and potentially less soft material, for the option to be more flat against my flat side. It just means that when going flat, with this bra, the bra seam will show on close or moderately tight fitting tops. It's still the best option out there that I have found. Side note: I also removed the ribbon bow decoration that was in the middle of the bra, in my attempt to make the bra as smooth as possible, when going flat on one side. For uni-boobs like me, who are interested in supporting the one remaining boob and not always wearing a prosthetic for the other side, I like this bra.
