20 Breast Cancer Memes To Uplift Your Spirits

A breast cancer diagnosis is a terrifying thing to receive. Your everyday life can turn upside-down in a moment, diving head-first into a world of appointments, treatments, and procedures. And while it may seem a little unusual to some, finding some humor in a grim situation may be a cathartic way to destress during such a stressful time.

Don’t take it from us: Researchers going back decades have reinforced the relationship between cancer treatment and humor, with high numbers of patients self-reporting that “appropriate humor” is an important part of treatment. With that in mind, we present 20 breast cancer memes that will hopefully bring a smile to your face like they did ours.

1. When you’re a little protective over your boobs
