We know buying a bra online can be complicated, especially after chest surgery. That is why we want you to feel confident to find the right bra and fit for your new body. So if it’s not quite right the first time we have easy and free returns and exchanges to get you the perfect fit quickly and seamlessly.

Please ONLY proceed if your order was placed on If you purchased via Facebook, Instagram, Target, etc, you must use their return portal instead. Thank you.

Returns & Exchanges


Most items are returnable within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original packaging with your receipt of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear (we're sure you understand why). All clearance sale products and underwear are considered final sale.

In some cases, including if your item was a gift, you may only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Within the U.S., we pay for return shipping. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Return Policy

Returns & exchanges are free for those within the USA.


Returns for outside of the USA are responsible for covering the cost of their return label. Only refunds or store credits are permitted for international returns, no exchanges allowed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our policy is good for up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear and bathing suit bottoms (we're sure you understand why). All clearance sale products and underwear are final sale. If you have any questions on sizing please reach out to us prior to ordering!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment and may take 2-3 business days to reflect on your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable): Items sold at clearance sale prices are considered final sale and not eligible for return.

Damages (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will have information about your return.

Apparel: To return or exchange products from our Apparel collection, please email us at to begin the return process. Apparel is not eligible for international shipping.


We offer free shipping (USPS) when you spend $99 or more on domestic orders only.

There will be a processing time of up to 2-3 business days, but orders are typically sent out within 24 hours. After that, hand-ship your lovelies by USPS, UPS, or FedEx:

USPS (domestic orders less than $99 = $6.99) 7-10 Business Days

UPS Ground ($9.99) 3-7 Business Days

FedEx Express ($15.99) 2-3 Business Days

For international orders (cost varies) 15-20 Business Days

We also offer international shipping to the following countries and regions: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the EU. Cost varies based on address and package weight, and will be shown at checkout. In most cases, shipping costs include duties, taxes, and fees.
