"If you do any cardio or high-intensity workouts, make sure you wear a supportive, well-fitting bra to best support your lady friends!" Butler said.
- Incline Dumbbell Chest Press: Move your elbows slightly in front of your shoulders to really target your chest. According to Butler, this exercise is great for working the upper portion of your chest while helping to build the muscle that aids in making your breasts appear fuller and rounder.
- Standing Cable Fly: Keep your arms at shoulder height and slightly bend your elbows — this will help you target your chest even more. Build more muscle behind the breast tissue while working both your upper and lower chest muscles.
"I love to hold the chest fly for a few counts making sure to squeeze and fully engage my chest before repeating another rep," Butler said. "Make sure not to go too heavy as this will put more strain on your shoulder, and you won't get the full effect on your chest!"
- Lying Dumbbell Fly: Lie on your back and put your feet flat on the floor while doing this exercise! It is very similar to the standing cable fly but lying down. Similarly, it targets both your upper and lower muscles of the chest.
- Push-Up Variations: Partake in the world's most convenient workout - aka, the push-up. Push-ups are great as they don't require any equipment and there is an abundance of variations of this particular workout. Some of the different types of pushups you can do include:
