Who should NOT get breast implants?
Women with active infection anywhere in their body, with existing cancer or precancer of their breast who have not received adequate treatment for those conditions, and women who are currently pregnant or nursing.
What should I know before getting breast implants?
Breast implants are not lifetime devices or necessarily a one-time surgery. If you have your implants removed and not replaced, you may experience unacceptable dimpling, puckering, wrinkling, or other cosmetic changes of the breast, which may be permanent. Breast implants may affect your ability to produce milk for breastfeeding. Silicone-filled implants may rupture without symptoms. You should have MRI examinations 3 years after surgery and then every 2 years thereafter in order to detect ruptures.
What should I tell my doctor?
Tell your doctor if you have any of the following conditions: autoimmune diseases, a weakened immune system, planned radiation therapy to the breast or planned chemotherapy following breast implant placement, conditions/medications that interfere with wound healing and blood clotting, reduced blood supply to breast tissue, or a clinical diagnosis of depression, other mental health disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, or eating disorders.
What are some complications with breast implants?
Key complications are reoperation, implant removal with or without replacement, implant rupture with silicone-filled implants, implant deflation with saline-filled implants, and severe capsular contracture (severe scar tissue around the implant). Talk to your doctor about other complications.

United StatesI purchased the Natrelle Inspires Lace Bralette, it came closest to matching my personality. I removed the cream colored inserts for a more transparent look. The comfort is suits fine, but I guess I just wanted more of a stylish design.

I really wanted something pretty to make me feel feminine again, and what I received was a flimsy garment with very visible padding that didn't fit correctly into the cups. I immediately returned it. AnaOno made the return very easy and I received my refund quickly.
United StatesIt looks very beautiful and is very comfortable, but it didn’t give me enough support or lift to look nice in clothes. The Monica bra makes me look better in clothes.
United StatesThe bra looked beautiful, however I thought the lace had a lining, but it only has the shape form then a very thin mesh which I question as to how durable and how long before it tears. That lining is way too thin and delicate, the form doesn’t fit right and would need to be cut to fit the shape. I can’t find any wrapping or paperwork to return it. I wish the bra itself had a stronger lining for the prostheses , not that mesh. The model also has breasts whether implants or not, so it enhances the look which is deceiving. I haven’t worn the bra because I’m not confident it would endure wear and tear for long. Sorry. All I have are the tags that were attached to the bra. If I could return with that for refund let me know. This is why ordering on line is a hassle. The trueness of the product can be realized until it is received. I would recommend to someone that has breast implants or natural breasts.
