This product qualifies as an L8000 mastectomy bra. Many insurance providers offer coverage for L8000 mastectomy bras AFTER surgery. For reimbursement you can submit your AO+ receipt. If your receipt does not have the L8000 indication, please see our insurance coverage page and submit a request for an itemized receipt, call customer service or send us an email at cs@anaono.com so we can resend you your itemized receipt.
