We know how scary and overwhelming the preparation for your breast cancer surgery is, and we are always here to help you, and to give you a few tips we have picked up along the way. Read along for support and advice from the open-hearted, generous members of the AnaOno Community, and from breast cancer previvors, survivors and thrivers who’ve been through it too.

Knowing how many bras you need after your single or double mastectomy can feel just as puzzling as knowing what bras to get in the first place. There are so many stages to surgery, recovery, treatment (and beyond!) that we need bras for. We are here to help you navigate the question: “how many post-mastectomy bras do I need?”

Recovering from breast surgery can be challenging. Whether you’ve had a mastectomy, reconstruction, lumpectomy or augmentation, there’s bound to be some soreness and limited range of motion during this time. By prioritizing your comfort, however, you can make the process a little bit easier as you feel better each day. One of the best ways to make sure you’re comfortable during recovery is by choosing post-surgery clothing designed specifically for breast procedures. This will allow you to feel better as you heal and adjust to the changes to your body.
Our mission at AnaOno is to make sure patients, survivors and thrivers feel their best during recovery and beyond. Learn more about what makes for the best post-operation clothing and find out where to order some pieces for your own recovery or that of a loved one.

It's 2021, and "normal" bodies are so in — including saggy breasts. Our breasts were not made to defy gravity, so it's only natural that they start to droop as we age. And while it can be difficult to distinguish society's norms from actual normalcy, it's important to remember that regardless of where our breasts sit on our chest, we are beautiful.
